Welcome to our Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast and Skate Registration! 

Please complete this registration form with information for each attendee. Cost for the event is $15 per person and includes a pancake breakfast with your choice of coffee, orange juice, milk or water as well as 1 hour of ice-skating fun! (Skate rentals are included in the price if needed).
